Privacy Notice Regarding Personal Data Collected and Processed Through Forms

This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Mustek Takım Tezgahları San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as “Mustek”), acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilment of the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform you, as a website visitor, about the purposes and legal grounds for processing your personal data, the methods by which it is collected, the parties to whom it may be transferred, and your rights under the KVKK.
 
The personal data you provide by completing the Request a Quote Form, Contact Form and other forms under various headings on our website—including your name, surname, mobile phone number and e-mail address—are processed for the purposes of carrying out quotation processes relating to the products and services you request from Mustek and the machine and equipment manufacturers it represents, contacting you by telephone and commercial electronic communications, and sending you product/service announcements and promotional communications by telephone or electronic means.
 
Such personal data are processed on the legal ground set out in Article 5 of the KVKK that processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed, and may be shared with the relevant judicial authorities in the event of legal disputes.
 
You may submit requests concerning your rights under Article 11 of the Law, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing to the current postal address stated on Mustek Takım Tezgahları’s website or by e-mail to mustek@mustekcnc.com.
